General conditions
Plants set aside in the farm will be reserved for a maximum of 2 months.
After this period, if no instructions are received with regards to collection, the order will be considered cancelled.
The customer assumes sole responsibility and risk for transport.
FOB Prices. Sant Hilari Sacalm.
First-time customers must pay for their full order in cash.
All legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Coloma de Farners, the purchaser waiving his rights to jurisdiction in his place of residence.
Claims will be dealt with in the first five days following the collection date.
