Characteristics

This fir is native to the mountains of North America. The leaves are needle-like, flattened, green to blue green, and scented.

It is grown in full sun to partial shade, in acidic to neutral soils.

They tolerate all conditions, so long as the soil is sufficiently moist and they are not subjected to too high temperatures in summer.
