Personal data will be treated with suitable protection measures, according to "Real Decreto 994/1999 de 11 de junio", following the necessary measures to avoid alteration, loss, treatment or non-authorised access by others who may use the data for different purposes.

The user will be able to exercise his/her rights of opposition, access, correction and cancellation in compliance with LOPD.

General conditions

• Plants set aside in the farm will be reserved for a maximum of 2 months.
• After this period, if no instructions are received with regards to collection, the order will be considered cancelled.
• The customer assumes sole responsibility and risk for transport.
• FOB Prices. Sant Hilari Sacalm.
• First-time customers must pay for their full order in cash.
• All legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Coloma de Farners, the purchaser waiving his rights to jurisdiction in his place of residence.
• Claims will be dealt with in the first five days following the collection date.
